Professional Background

Dr. Todd A. Levenstien was born in Mount Sinai, New York. He attended Binghamton University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology. Dr. Levenstien received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the prestigious Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Levenstien completed his internship residency training at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center. He underwent an intensive surgical residency-training program at the world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital. Massachusetts General Hospital is an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. In the 2004 edition of U.S. News & World Report, Massachusetts General Hospital was ranked number three in the list of Best Hospitals in the United States of America. Dr. Levenstien’s hard work ethic, impressive surgical skills, and excellent rapport with the patients earned him the position of chief resident.

Dr. Levenstien is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the New York State Podiatric Medical Association, and an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Levenstien has been surgically trained to treat all foot pathology. He treats all bone, joint, nerve and skin conditions. Dr. Levenstien specializes in foot reconstructive procedures, including but not limited to the following conditions: correction of bunion deformities, correction of hammertoe deformities, fracture reduction, treatment for infections, removal of skin lesions, removal of soft tissue mass, and reconstructive surgery for those with severe arthritis of the foot.
